A bunch of buddies hit the surf and flatwater in the Outer Banks in North Carolina.
This is the first test edit made with the new DJI Mavic Pro portable quadcopter. I was able to fly it up to 5.5km away to get some of these shots without any issues at all. Although not a pro-quality aerial film setup, it definitely allows you to capture some shots quite easily by always having it with you and setting it up in mere minutes.
Shot mostly with the DJI Mavic Pro, the Olympus E-M1, and GoPro Hero 4. Run through in Final Cut Pro X with minimal editing.
