Having led Mystic for 20 years, Blom is set to drive a unified marketing and brand strategy for all the Group’s brands — Mystic, North Kiteboarding, Foils, and North Windsurfing — to enhance global market presence and operational efficiencies.
Taking on the newly established CMO role, Blom will bring together the marketing efforts of each brand, aiming for efficiency across the board. The Netherlands will act as the central hub for this endeavor, ensuring a cohesive strategy while the New Zealand office will continue its commitment to product innovation and technical excellence.
