North’s newly strengthened design team recently farewelled kite Designer, Pat Goodman, and would like to take this moment to thank Pat and acknowledge the hard work he has put in during his time with the brand.
“We are very grateful for Pat’s contribution over the last three years. He played an integral role in the successful relaunch of North Kiteboarding under North Actionsports Group,” says Brand Director Mike Raper.
“Taking a new kite range to market involves long hours and heavy workloads all round, and we’ll miss having Pat along on this journey.”
Mike is confident North is in a strong position moving forward: “Our expanded design team brings an exceptional quiver of skills and experience to the table, and we are excited to share their future innovations in materials and product technology.”
Earlier this year, North announced the addition of several new faces to their team of designers, in response to massive growth the brand has experienced over the last three years: Pepijn Smit (Kite Design), Dano See (Wing and Kite Design), Steve Calder (Wing & Kite R&D), and David Little (Materials Development).
